ACTUALLY PROPORTIONATE ANATOMICALLY CORRECT WINGS SOMEONE HOLD ME
I thought this fandom was done but they came back?
WEEEEEE! I’mma correct a bitch :D
These wing are NOWHERE NEAR atomically correct, yes, they are large. Yes, they are pretty and look attractive, but this girl couldn’t fly outside of a vehicle which does the work for her. Why? It’s not a matter of wing size (Not too much) but the fact that she lookes like a human means that there is no way in any hell that she could fly. Have you ever seen a bird with a thin chest where you can see it’s ribcage? No, you haven’t, because birds need those massive chest muscles in order to be able to fly. Anatomically correct wings would need to actually have the muscle systems inside them if we are going to keep her chest, which would mean incredibly bulky shoulders. Sorry, we aren’t allowed to have cute girls with wings *
*Without genetic augments that makes them so different from humans that we really can’t call them one.
On the Katie Couric interview
Yes, she was offensive. No, what she did wasn’t wrong. In the situation where she feels like the audience wants to know about the surgery from male to female, she is allowed to ask, and if the person seems uncomfortable she is allowed to pursue. Couric is a woman who won awards from what was called “the most consequential interview from a negative perspective that a candidate for national office has gone through…” (Steve Schmidt, McCain’s strategist) and is sometimes heralded as the person who single handedly demolished the Palin campaign.
When you sit down for an interview, you agree to questions, even those you won’t like. Even those that you feel are offensive, you don’t need to answer them, but it’s our job to ask.
